For Mountain Medical Center patients who live in Ouray County:
Good news! The Ouray County Public Health Agency (OCPHA) is distributing the COVID-19 vaccine for Ouray County Residents age 12+.
For any questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine, please check out their website, email the county at covidvaccine@ouraycountyco.gov, or call (970)325-4670 if you need further clarification. MMC is not the distributor for this vaccine and will not be able to answer questions regarding availability and phasing.

All Coloradoans age 16+ (Phase 2) are eligible for the vaccine as of April 2, 2021.
All Coloradoans age 12+ are eligible to received the Pfizer vaccine as of May 16, 2021.

Hi Pete, sorry that we are just seeing this. Just for future knowledge, we have no access to any of the testing results for Ouray County Public Health, so you’d have to contact them for results for any testing done through them.
