*Updated 4/1/2021*

If you live in San Miguel County, please read this blog post for information regarding how to sign up to be notified when the vaccine is available for your phase.

For Mountain Medical Center patients who live in Ouray County:

Good news! The Ouray County Public Health Agency (OCPHA) is distributing the COVID-19 vaccine for Ouray County Residents. You must be registered to receive a vaccine.

For any questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine and sign-up, please check out their website, email the county at, or call (970)325-4670 x 1 if you need further clarification. MMC is not the distributor for this vaccine and will not be able to answer questions regarding availability and phasing.

All Coloradoans age 16+ (Phase 2) are eligible for the vaccine as of April 2, 2021. Please click on this link to submit your contact information and answer a few questions for the OCPHA.

There is also continually updated information on the state’s website regarding the vaccination status in Colorado as a whole if you click here.

    1. Hi Pete, sorry that we are just seeing this. Just for future knowledge, we have no access to any of the testing results for Ouray County Public Health, so you’d have to contact them for results for any testing done through them.
